Understanding tooth zips - strengths, weaknesses, and how to remove sliders

There are two commonly used zip types - coil and tooth. Wilderness Equipment packs and tents all use coil zips, but on clothing we use tooth zips. This video explains tooth zips, describing their strengths and weaknesses to give you a greater understanding of how they work. We also explain how to remove a slider from a tooth zip, while still sewn onto a garment.
